S. IT Recruiters experienced in US staffing to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of U.
S. IT recruitment and be skilled in sourcing, screening, and validating candidates for our Direct and Sl client IT
- roles.
• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in US
- IT recruitment (Implementation Requirements) , with a proven track record of successfully filling IT roles on contract, W2 and FT roles.
• In-depth knowledge of U.
S. Work Visa categories.
• Experience recruiting for specific IT disciplines such as software development, cyber security, or data analytics, Cloud Computing and Infrastructure, Networking and Systems Administration.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in B. Tech, BCA, or a related field.

Location:
Remote Timings: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST (9:00 am
- 6:00 pm EST)

Salary:
