We're expanding our hospital partnerships across India and are looking for Business Development Associates to introduce CareNav to hospitals and help turn early conversations into long-term partnerships. What you'll do
• Use your hospital network to reach billing teams, TPA desks, and hospital leadership
• Run product demos for hospital stakeholders
• Drive onboarding and early adoption at partner hospitals
• Be the local bridge between CareNav and hospital teams, sharing feedback with our core team
• Keep the team updated on your pipeline, demos, and conversions Must have




• 2 to 4 years in TPA, hospital billing, cashless claims, or hospital BD roles
• Solid understanding of hospital insurance and claims workflows
• Comfortable with sales conversations and in-person hospital meetings
• Fluent in English and your regional language Positive to have
• An existing hospital network in your region
• Experience with HIS or hospital billing systems
• Prior work with TPAs or insurers What success looks like
