Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our QA and Engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for our web, mobile, and API-based trading platforms. You will work closely with software developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure robust software quality, performance, and security across all customer-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Framework Development & Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks (Java/Python/Selenium/Appium/Playwright) for web, mobile apps (Android/iOS), and REST APIs.
• Test Execution & Reporting: Execute automated test suites for smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing; generate detailed execution reports and quality metrics.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI/GitHub Actions) to support fast, reliable deployment cycles.
• API Testing: Perform automated testing of RESTful APIs and microservices using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or PyTest.
• Defect Management: Identify, isolate, log, and track software defects using tools like Jira; collaborate with development teams to ensure prompt resolution.




• Test Planning & Strategy: Review product specifications, write clear and structured test plans/test cases, and map coverage to user requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging QA trends, automation tools, and fintech industry standards to continuously improve test coverage and execution speed. Key Requirements Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance with a primary focus on test automation. Technical Skills
• Programming: Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Appium (for mobile automation), or Playwright / Cypress.
• API Automation: Experience with RestAssured, Postman, or Requests (Python).
• CI/CD & Version Control: Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Database & Querying: Good understanding of SQL for database verification and backend testing.
