About Cognibee Media Cognibee Media is a Hyderabad content and technology company. We make wedding films (Tales by Zoticus, Paper Moon Project), personal-branding and healthcare content for doctors, hospitals and brands (ContentMonk), and build apps and automation (Pixxl Labs). The role We're looking for a Production Manager to run our shoots end to end, from wedding films to brand and hospital content, so every shoot is planned, crewed and delivered on time.

What you'll do
• Plan shoots: crew, equipment, locations, permissions, travel and call sheets
• Build and manage the shoot calendar and crew roster across multiple events a day
• Manage freelance crew: bookings, briefs, payments and attendance
• Track post-production timelines so every client gets deliverables on time




• Control shoot budgets and vendor costs; keep equipment logged and maintained
• Be the on-ground point person at big events What we're looking for
• 3+ years in production management at a production house, wedding studio, ad agency or events company
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel and calendar skills; comfortable with AI tools
• Calm under pressure, great with people and vendors
• Willing to travel for shoots and work wedding-season hours This is a full time, salaried, in-office role in Hyderabad, Monday to Saturday. We are not looking for freelancers for this role.
