Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Dahod. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and food service businesses, and presenting Nafees product offerings to meet their needs. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits, managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up to close orders. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring stock availability with internal teams, and coordinating timely deliveries.



The Sales Representative will also collect market feedback, track competitor activity, and support promotional activities to help grow sales and expand market presence. Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities, including prospecting, presenting products, and closing deals.
• Organizational and time-management skills to plan daily routes, prioritize leads, and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort with fieldwork and regular customer visits within Dahod and surrounding areas.
• Ability to understand product features and explain them clearly to customers.
• Prior experience in FMCG or food products sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English; familiarity with using a smartphone and easy office software.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented approach with a commitment to ethical and customer-focused selling.
