Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect & Interior Designer based in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The Architect & Interior Designer will conduct site visits, liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure that design intent is maintained during execution. Daily responsibilities include space planning, material and finishes selection, preparation of 2D and 3D presentations,



and support in project scheduling and coordination. The role also requires adherence to relevant codes and standards, and contribution to design reviews and team discussions. Qualifications
• Proficiency in architectural and interior design principles, including space planning, design detailing, and material selection.
• Ability to create and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and design documentation using industry-standard tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Strong visualization and presentation skills, including preparation of mood boards, 3D views, and client-facing design proposals.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and best practices relevant to projects in Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in architecture and interior design projects; experience in multidisciplinary or design-focused firms is an advantage.
