Full-time Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and networking.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant platforms.
• Handle international clients and markets, understand their business requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and business presentations based on client requirements.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to drive business growth.
• Meet and exceed business development and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.




• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Hands-on experience in international business development and international markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Good understanding of the IT services industry and B2B sales.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities independently.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
