Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee civil engineering activities for NURA’s facilities in Kozhikode, ensuring that site development, infrastructure, and utilities support safe, efficient healthcare operations. This full-time, in office role includes planning and supervising construction and maintenance work, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and reviewing drawings and specifications for compliance with local regulations and company standards. The position involves managing stormwater and drainage solutions, assessing site conditions, and recommending improvements for structural stability and accessibility.



The Site Civil Engineer will collaborate with operations, facilities, and safety teams to ensure that all civil works meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong core civil engineering capabilities, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
• Candidates should possess expertise in site-related planning and coordination, including Planning and experience working as Civil Engineers on active projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in infrastructure and environmental systems, including Stormwater Management and related site drainage design.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience with building and infrastructure projects, preferably in healthcare, commercial, or institutional settings.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards applicable to Kozhikode and Kerala.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, use basic design software, and prepare reports and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
