Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding, and supporting benefits administration processes. The Human Resources Coordinator will help implement HR policies, address routine employee queries, and support employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive and compliant work setting. The role also involves coordinating HR documentation, assisting with performance management processes, and collaborating with management to support organizational growth. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to support core HR operations and processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with employee benefits coordination and related documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to help maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling HR documentation and data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees and management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Prior experience in HR coordination or a related role, and a relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field, is preferred. Location
