SITE ENGINEER – REAL ESTATE PROJECTS Job Title: Site Engineer

Location:
Chennai & Project Sites

Experience:
1–5 years preferred Job

Responsibilities:
· Supervise day-to-day civil and infrastructure development activities at project sites.
· Monitor construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
· Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and management.
· Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
· Monitor road works, drainage, EB works, compound walls, street lights, and other site
- development activities.
· Track project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
· Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
· Maintain daily site reports, measurements, material requirements, and progress updates.
· Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.




· Conduct regular site inspections and report development status to management.
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, surveyors, and other technical teams whenever required. Required

Skills:
· Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering.
· Good knowledge of civil construction and site development.
· Ability to read drawings and understand measurements.
· Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.
· Strong site supervision capabilities.
· Willingness to travel between project locations.
