Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide evidence-based assessment and therapy for children with speech, language, and communication disorders in a clinical and educational setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and documenting progress in a transparent and timely manner. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated intervention strategies and support carryover of skills at home and school. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in multidisciplinary case discussions,



contribute to parent education sessions, and support development of therapeutic materials and programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention for a range of pediatric communication needs.
• Expertise in Speech and Communication Disorders, with the ability to design individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Knowledge and experience in Language Disorders, including receptive and expressive language challenges in children.
• Clinical experience managing Dysphagia, with skills in safe feeding assessment and intervention for children where applicable.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution; valid professional licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
• Experience working with children and families in clinical, school, or community settings, preferably in pediatric or developmental contexts.
• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort with maintaining accurate clinical documentation and using digital tools or electronic records for case management.
• Commitment to ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and culturally responsive, inclusive care.
