Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in NCR/Delhi and Pune. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage leads, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, presenting service offerings, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up to close sales. The role involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to understand service capabilities, ensure accurate information for clients, and support smooth project handover.



The Sales Specialist will also provide basic product and service training to clients when needed, maintain sales records and reports, and contribute to sales targets and overall business growth. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address inquiries effectively.
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
• Experience in Sales Management and Training to support client onboarding and contribute to sales planning.
• Ability to work on-site in NCR/Delhi & Pune and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and basic office software for sales tracking and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in testing, certification, compliance, or technical services will be an advantage.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
