The firm provides tender consultancy services and GeM portal services to help businesses identify relevant government tenders and manage the bidding process efficiently. Key offerings include tender information and search, bidding support, GeM registration and profile optimization, product listing, OEM and brand approval assistance, and documentation and compliance support. ProBid Consultants LLP focuses on making government tendering and GeM procurement easier, organized, and accessible for businesses across India, with an emphasis on government business growth and pan-India tender support. Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecaller role based in Dholka. The Telecaller will contact potential and existing clients to explain ProBid Consultants LLP’s government tender and GeM services, answer queries, and generate interest in consultancy offerings. Responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, maintaining call records and lead data, scheduling follow-ups or appointments for the business development team, and sharing basic information about tender and GeM processes in a clear and professional manner.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to update client status, providing feedback gathered from calls, and supporting simple administrative tasks related to client communication. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and the ability to explain services in simple, understandable language.
• Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including working with spreadsheets or CRM tools to record calls and manage client information.
• Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on listening, responding politely, and maintaining a professional tone.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work in a structured, target-based environment, manage time effectively, and follow calling scripts or guidelines.
• Proficiency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Dholka and surrounding areas will be beneficial.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation will be an advantage, especially in consulting or service-based industries.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a graduate degree in any discipline will be an added benefit.
