Offshore – India Mode: Remote Type: Contract / Long-Term Engagement Duration: Long-Term Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail RPAS Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to support the development, configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Retail Planning applications, primarily Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP). The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Oracle RPAS Cloud, with experience working on the latest SaaS version of Oracle MFP (Version 26), running on Oracle Retail Analytics Platform (RAP) and AI Foundation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, customize, and support Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) applications.
• Work extensively with Oracle RPAS Cloud to implement and enhance retail planning solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
• Support MFP planning processes, configurations, calculations, and business workflows.
• Develop and maintain planning-related configurations and customizations based on business requirements.




• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Support integrations, data validation, application testing, and production deployments.
• Provide ongoing application maintenance, performance optimization, and production support.
• Work with Oracle Retail Analytics Platform (RAP) and AI Foundation environments. Mandatory Skills
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Retail Planning applications and techno-functional consulting.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle RPAS Cloud.
• Proven experience in Oracle Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) implementation, development, and support.
• Experience with the latest SaaS version of Oracle MFP (Version 26).
• Working knowledge of Oracle Retail Analytics Platform (RAP) and AI Foundation.
• Strong experience in RPAS configuration, development, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of retail merchandise financial planning processes.
• Ability to independently handle technical development and functional support requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
