Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals and MS Office.
