About Even We're building a healthcare system designed to keep people healthy and out of the hospital. We run our own hospitals, work closely with doctors and insurers, and take responsibility for the patient journey from the first consultation through treatment, recovery and long-term health. Healthcare has some of the most interesting stories in the world. Trust, fear, recovery, science, family, money, and some very big questions about how the system should work. Almost nobody tells them in a way people actually want to watch. That's the job. The Role We're looking for a hands-on Video Producer & Editor who can own the video production process end to end, from planning and setting up shoots to filming and editing the final output. You'll work across brand, marketing and social media, turning ideas into compelling visual stories about healthcare, the people behind it and the experiences that shape it.

What You'll Do
• Own video production end to end, from understanding the brief and planning the shoot to filming and editing the final output.
• Independently set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio and other equipment to capture high-quality footage and sound.
• Shoot interviews, patient and doctor testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, events and other brand or marketing videos.
• Edit footage into engaging videos suited to different platforms and formats, including social media, digital campaigns and brand films.
• Handle post-production, including colour correction, sound design, transitions, graphics and subtitles, ensuring a polished final output.
• Work closely with the brand, marketing and creative teams to understand content requirements and bring ideas to life.
• Manage shoot timelines,



footage and deliverables while maintaining quality and consistency across projects. What We're Looking For
• Hands-on experience in video shooting and editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Ability to independently execute shoots, including camera, lighting and audio setup.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• A positive understanding of framing, composition, lighting, sound and visual storytelling.
• Ability to take a brief and translate it into a well-executed video with minimal supervision.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting to changing requirements. Good to Have
• Strong cinematography skills, with an eye for camera movement, lighting, composition and visual storytelling.
• Experience in art direction, including developing visual concepts, references, moodboards and the overall look and feel of a shoot.
• Experience working on brand films, ad campaigns, social media content or product videos.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
