Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow sales through the Oliva webstore and Online Marketplaces.
• Own revenue, conversion, and profitability targets.
• Manage product listings, content, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Upload and manage banners, landing pages, product creatives, and promotional campaigns across the webstore and Online Marketplaces.
• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for timely updates on portals.
• Optimize Online Marketplaces listings, keywords, A+ content, and campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and improve customer experience and conversion rates.




• Coordinate product launches, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Track sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase metrics.
• Monitor customer reviews and ratings and drive improvements.
• Work with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports. Must-Have

Experience:
• Hands-on experience managing online marketplaces, Amazon Seller Central, and D2C webstores.
• Practical experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Amazon Seller Central data analytics.
• Experience in portal management, catalogue management, campaign execution, and digital merchandising. Preferred

Experience:
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare, or consumer products.
