Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji, responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic customers and key accounts. This position involves regular visits to customers, understanding their needs, presenting Signutra’s product portfolio, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Key Account Manager will develop and execute business plans for assigned accounts, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for sales growth and market expansion.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for order fulfilment, resolving service issues, and providing feedback from customers to support continuous improvement of products and services. Qualifications
• Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to manage, retain, and grow strategic customers.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and account performance.
• Experience in Business Planning, including setting targets, developing strategies, and tracking outcomes.
• Proven Customer Service capabilities to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products and solutions clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or nutrition industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work in office in Panaji, travel to customer locations, and manage time effectively.
