medically led, concern-based skin, hair and advanced laser treatments. Our care is delivered in a clean, premium clinical setting, using globally sourced, FDA-approved devices. Role Overview We are hiring an Executive to manage our front desk and patient enquiry calls. You will be the first point of contact for patients, both in person and by phone. You will convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist walk-in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Call prospective patients and leads, understand their concerns, and book consultations
• Follow up on enquiries and ensure appointment confirmation and attendance




• Share accurate information on treatments, timings and consultation process
• Maintain lead, appointment and patient records in the CRM
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for smooth patient flow
• Meet monthly appointment-conversion goals Requirements
• Prior experience in a front desk or telecalling role at a skin clinic or healthcare setup (mandatory)
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Understanding of dermatology or aesthetic clinic services
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into appointments
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office
• Hands-on CRM experience (preferred)
