Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Bengaluru. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, providing transparent information about PW’s programs, centers, and learning pathways. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, conducting consultations to understand student goals, and recommending suitable courses and services. The role involves maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, coordinating with academic and operations teams,



and supporting outreach activities such as events or seminars. The Admissions Counselor is expected to meet admissions and conversion targets while ensuring a positive and supportive experience for every prospective learner. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with students and families.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a supportive admissions experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, meet admissions targets, and promote relevant PW courses and programs ethically.
• Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience to explain academic pathways, curricula, and learning outcomes clearly.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software for data entry and tracking.
• Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or education services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in education, psychology, business, or related fields are an advantage.
