Role Description The Restaurant Captain is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai at Al Noor Group of Hotels & Resorts. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing the dining area, coordinating table assignments, and ensuring timely and accurate food service. The Restaurant Captain supervises service staff, supports hiring and training activities, and helps maintain service standards and hygiene protocols. This position also handles guest interactions, responds to feedback, and works closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between food preparation and service. The role requires consistent presence during service hours, attention to detail,



and a focus on delivering a high-quality guest dining experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Customer Service to manage guest orders, table service, and overall dining experience.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff.
• Candidates should possess Hiring and basic supervisory skills to support staff recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Preparation processes to coordinate with the kitchen and ensure accurate order delivery.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel dining, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Diploma or certification in hotel management, hospitality, or related field is an advantage.
• Freshers and experienced can apply.
