Digitxl is an analytics and martech consultancy based in Australia. We help brands in education, healthcare, finance, retail and media trust their data through GA4 and GTM implementation, server-side tagging, SEO audits and BigQuery reporting. The opportunity You'll join at the ground floor of a new product that applies LLMs and AI agents to real problems our clients face every day. You'll shape what it becomes, and we'll share the details in conversation.

What you'll do
•⁠ ⁠Own the product vision, roadmap and priorities •⁠ ⁠Design, build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows •⁠ ⁠Integrate AI with third-party platforms and APIs •⁠ ⁠Define how we measure quality, and test rigorously before every release •⁠ ⁠Work with clients and our consulting team to turn feedback into product •⁠ ⁠Keep humans in the loop, and keep client data secure What you bring •⁠ ⁠4+ years in software engineering,



including 1+ year shipping LLM-powered products •⁠ ⁠Strong Python or TypeScript, with REST APIs, webhooks and job queues •⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with agents: tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval and evals •⁠ ⁠Experience with Claude, OpenAI or Gemini APIs, and a feel for cost and latency •⁠ ⁠Cloud deployment on GCP or similar •⁠ ⁠Product sense: you write clear specs, prioritise ruthlessly and say no with reasons •⁠ ⁠You explain technical trade-offs clearly to clients and colleagues Bonus points •⁠ ⁠GA4, GTM, server-side tagging or BigQuery experience •⁠ ⁠You've built or used MCP servers •⁠ ⁠You've worked in a consultancy or agency Why Digitxl •⁠ ⁠Own a new AI product from day one, built on a real client base •⁠ ⁠Solve applied AI problems where accuracy is measurable and matters •⁠ ⁠Join a small team where your decisions ship in weeks, not quarters
