About the role
Think of yourself as the bridge (yes, we know) between our clients and our creative teams. You are the one who knows what each client needs, what each team is doing, and what happens next. What you will do Own the client relationships
• Manage multiple agency client accounts end to end, as the first and trusted point of contact.
• Track client activity, plans and deliverables, and keep everyone on schedule.
• Run regular client meetings and catch-ups, and follow through on every action point.




• Handle liaisoning with clients and partners so nothing slips through the cracks. Keep the teams in sync
• Coordinate activities between strategy, content, design, social and development teams.
• Coordinate internal tasks for every client account: briefs, timelines, reviews and approvals.
• Make sure deliverables go out on time and on brief.
• Join internal meetings and keep discussions moving towards decisions. Create and publish content
• Write relevant, on-brand content for client social media deliverables/ other tasks.
• Coordinate the content calendar and manage or oversee publishing across platforms. Bring ideas and drive results
• Come up with fresh thoughts for client accounts, and rally the teams around goal-oriented tasks.
• Spot opportunities to grow an account and take them forward.
• Travel for client meetings when the situation calls for it. What you bring
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience handling multiple client accounts, ideally in an agency or creative setup.
• Fluent communication in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
• Good writing skills in English, with a feel for social media content.
• Robust coordination, follow-up and time management habits.
• A self-driven, passionate and committed attitude, and a real team-player streak.
• A curious mind that offers ideas without waiting to be asked.
• Comfort working remotely, and flexibility to travel or join meetings when required. How we work
