Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Skillofy_AI is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a high-growth, distributed team. This position involves managing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement in alignment with company culture and values. The Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR policies, support compensation and benefits processes, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.



Day-to-day activities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, coaching managers on people-related matters, resolving employee concerns, and contributing to initiatives that enhance retention, development, and organizational effectiveness. The role also requires maintaining accurate HR data and metrics, and continuously improving HR processes to support scale and innovation. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong skills in policy development, HR operations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to design and support learning, development, and career growth initiatives in a quick-paced, tech-focused workplace.
• Proficiency in using HRIS tools, applicant tracking systems, and remote collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on inclusivity and fairness.
• Proven capability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in edtech, technology, or high-growth startup environments is beneficial.
