• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology.
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods.
• Guide students in academic projects, research, and internships.
• Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals.
• Participate in departmental activities, academic committees, and institutional development.
• Mentor students and contribute to their academic and skilled growth.
• Support curriculum development in accordance with UGC guidelines. Educational Qualifications
• First Class in both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) degrees in Psychology is compulsory.
• Ph.
D.



in Psychology or NET/SLET qualification is mandatory, as applicable under prevailing UGC regulations. Required Skill Set
• Strong knowledge of psychological theories, research methodologies, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in psychological assessment and research tools.
• Ability to guide student research and interdisciplinary projects.
• Good academic writing and research publication skills.
