Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process for prospective PGDM students. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, providing detailed program information, guiding applicants through eligibility and documentation requirements, and coordinating entrance tests, interviews, and counseling sessions. The role involves conducting campus visits or information sessions, maintaining accurate applicant records, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.



The Admissions Counselor will collaborate with faculty and administration to align admission activities with institutional policies, participate in outreach and promotional events, and contribute to the development of admissions strategies and materials. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills for engaging with prospective students, families, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess customer service and sales skills to manage inquiries, handle concerns professionally, and support enrollment conversion.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of the education sector and academic processes to accurately present program details and admission requirements.
• Relevant skills such as basic data management, proficiency with MS Office or CRM tools, and the ability to work with targets and deadlines are beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Management, Education, Marketing, or related fields) and prior experience in admissions, counseling, or academic administration will be an advantage.
