About realnorth Before anyone hires you, partners with you or invites you to speak, they search your name. realnorth helps senior professionals take charge of what they find: their LinkedIn, a personal profile page, their CV and how their work shows up online. We're an early-stage startup. This role sits directly with the founder.

What you'll do
• Create posts, carousels and short reels for realnorth's Instagram and LinkedIn
• Turn our blog articles into simple, scroll-stopping social content
• Write captions in a clear, smart, slightly witty voice (no motivational quotes)
• Edit short videos and keep everything on brand
• Track what's working each week and suggest what to do more of
• Spot trends and timely moments we can use quickly What we're looking for
• You understand LinkedIn and Instagram, and know why some posts work and others don't
• You write well in English: short, explicit sentences




• You can use Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• You're curious about careers, hiring and how professionals present themselves
• Students and recent graduates welcome Nice to have
• A portfolio, a personal page, or posts you've created
• Basic video editing What you get
• Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
• Duration: 3 months, fully remote, flexible hours
