Role Description The Travel Consultant US role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The role involves advising clients on travel options, preparing customized itineraries, and managing bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. The Travel Consultant will handle reservations in company systems, ensure accuracy of travel documentation, and coordinate changes or cancellations as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing timely and clear communication, and delivering high-quality customer service before, during, and after trips.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and partner agencies, staying updated on destination information and travel regulations, and meeting individual and team performance targets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and design end-to-end travel plans.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to book and manage flights, accommodations, tours, and related services.
• Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, resolve issues, and support travelers throughout their journey.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with GDS or other travel booking platforms, and basic proficiency with office and CRM software.
• Prior experience in travel consulting, tourism, or hospitality is preferred; relevant certification or a degree in travel, tourism, or a related field is beneficial.
