Expression 360 is looking for a dynamic, analytical and commercially minded professional to work closely with the Founder in the Founder’s Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business intelligence, financial analysis, investor relations and strategic planning, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support leadership decisions and growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Intelligence & Analysis: Analyse business performance, revenue trends, profitability and key metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Strategic Planning: Support the Founder’s Office in developing business plans and growth strategies, and in tracking key organisational priorities.
• Investor Relations: Assist in preparing investor presentations, business updates, financial summaries and reports for existing and potential investors and other stakeholders.
• MIS & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports and performance trackers to provide leadership with timely insights.
• Financial & Commercial Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and the evaluation of new business opportunities.
• Business Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry assessments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with internal teams to collect and analyse data,



monitor deliverables and ensure alignment with leadership priorities.
• Leadership Support: Prepare presentations, briefing notes and decision-making documents for the Founder, and follow up on strategic initiatives and critical action points. Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Founder’s Office, Business Strategy, Business Intelligence, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Management Consulting or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business performance metrics, financial analysis and commercial decision-making.
• Experience in preparing management dashboards, business reports, investor presentations and strategic documents.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Robust analytical, research, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with senior leadership, manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or a relevant finance/analytics qualification.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
