ABOUT US
Synkyn Studios is a cinematic, AI-first creative studio in Bengaluru. We make commercials, product films, CGI visuals and full sequences. Our work has earned the trust of TATA, RedBus, Skroman, Ogilvy and Leo. We're building AI + VFX pipelines for Indian feature films: Dragon, 418, America America 2. AI Generated. Human Directed. THE ROLE You'll use AI to produce shots at theatrical quality that slot into a VFX pipeline. We need someone who solves problems independently and stays current on the AI landscape. Most important: you work from a repeatable, documented system, not trial and error. On a film, any shot may need to be revised or reproduced weeks later.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Create production-ready AI-assisted VFX: environments, set extensions, cleanups, de-aging
• Build and refine AI workflows (image, video, upscaling, inpainting, camera control)
• Solve temporal and character consistency, resolution, artifacts and colour fidelity
• Integrate AI output into Nuke, After Effects or Fusion to match plate, grade and camera
• Keep versioned workflows, prompt and parameter logs, and clean handoffs
• Evaluate new models as they release and recommend what's worth adopting WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• VFX background (comp, matchmove, paint/roto, FX, lookdev) with film,



ad or episodic credits
• Hands-on with current AI image and video models and node workflows like ComfyUI
• LoRA, ControlNet-style conditioning and consistency techniques are a strong plus
• Up to date with new models, and able to tell what holds at film quality from a demo
• Technically sound: GPUs, cloud setups, Python, EXR/ProRes, colour management
• A system of your own: brief to final shot, with versioning, QC and on-demand revisions
• Strong problem-solving and a professional approach to feedback and confidentiality VALUABLE TO HAVE
• AI-assisted shots delivered on a theatrical release
• Houdini, Blender or Unreal for generating depth, passes and camera
• Familiarity with studio security and NDA practices for AI work EQUIPMENT
• Bring your own laptop, good enough to get the work done (Nuke, After Effects, etc.)
• Heavy generation runs on our cloud and GPU setup
