We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and productionize data science and AI solutions that work in real businesses — not just in notebooks.

What you'll do
- Design, build, and take data science and AI solutions into production
- Analyse data to turn it into clear, actionable business insight
- Work closely with data engineers, software engineers, and AI consultants
- Deliver high-quality analytical work for client and product engagements
- Spot where AI and automation can genuinely help, and help shape the solution
- Contribute to solution design, proposals, and technical thought leadership What we're looking for:
- 5 to 10 years of data science experience
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field




- Strong grounding in statistics and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience across the full data science lifecycle, end to end
- Ability to build scalable, reusable data science products
- Hands-on programming in Python, and experience with Java, Go, or C++ is a plus
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of experimental design and analysis
- Deep expertise in at least one area: Classical ML, Deep Learning (including fine-tuning), Optimization, or LLM / RAG
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused mindset
