JOB DESCRIPTION
Talent Acquisition Intern Role Summary The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team at Daskalos by assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities across various business functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete hiring lifecycle, providing an excellent opportunity to develop recruitment expertise while contributing to HR initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within the Emeritus ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining closures.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely scheduling, smooth communication, and prompt feedback.
• Support candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with offer rollouts, documentation,



background verification, pre-boarding, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, reports, and recruitment data.
• Support HR initiatives and employer branding activities as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Required
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a relevant academic programme; candidates must be actively enrolled in an educational institution to be eligible for the internship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to HR-related projects.
• Availability for a 3-month internship.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
