About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives at Invecto Technologies. The role involves driving brand visibility, generating qualified business leads, strengthening client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, inside sales, and technology partner teams to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, corporate events, webinars, email campaigns, and partner marketing activities. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, market research, and performance analysis to strengthen Invecto’s market presence in the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions space. Roles & Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and exist ing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing strategies.
• Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through t argeted marketing efforts. Conduct market research to develop effective strategies for promo ting solutions.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, pr int, and event channels. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and client needs.
• Brand Management & Communication: Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketi ng platforms. Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to deliver clear,



impactful m essaging.
• Client Service & Product

Education:
Educate clients on marketing solutions and provide train ing to ensure effective use of products and services. Serve as a trusted marketing advisor.
• Collaboration with Sales & Inside Teams: Work closely with inside sales to coordinate marke ting activities such as email campaigns, webinars, and promotional events.
• Market Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaig ns. Use data insights to optimize strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Skill Set
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B or corporate sales environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in corporate marketing, with the ability to manage and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to handle large-scale campaigns, managing both the strategic and tactical elements.
• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns from inception to completion, with a fo cus on measurable results.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to present to stakeholders.




• Experience with market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and analytic s tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced setting.
• High attention to detail, with an ability to meet deadlines and handle complex projects. Key Competencies
