Bengaluru Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive learning initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in training program management, training coordination and scheduling, campus-to-corporate learning programs, and soft skills development. The role will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing learning interventions that enhance employee capability and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end training programs across functions.
• Create and execute annual learning and development calendars aligned with business needs.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance tracking, and training effectiveness assessments.
• Design and deliver College-to-Corporate induction and transition programs for fresh graduates.
• Conduct and facilitate soft skills training programs including communication, business etiquette, presentation skills, teamwork, and professional effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and capability gaps.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers, institutions, and learning partners.




• Track and maintain training records, certifications, and learning reports.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Support employee development initiatives, learning campaigns, and engagement activities.
• Ensure learning programs are delivered within timelines and budgets. Required Skills
• 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Proven experience in Training Program Management and Learning Operations.
• Strong experience in Training Scheduling and Coordination.
• Experience in designing and facilitating College-to-Corporate learning programs.
• Hands-on experience conducting Soft Skills Training programs.
• Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience in training needs analysis and competency development.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and learning management tools. Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related discipline.
• MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant certification in Learning & Development will be an added advantage.
