The role Lead engineering in India: build the Bengaluru team that works with San Francisco on market data, brokerage integrations, AI agents and the services that run strategies in production. What you will do
• Stand up the Bengaluru office with the founder: hiring plan, culture and operating cadence.
• Hire and lead engineering managers, tech leads and senior engineers.
• Own reliability, on-call and release quality across a US-hours overlap. What you bring (15+ years)
• 15+ years in software engineering,



6+ managing managers.
• Shipped fintech, trading or payments systems at scale.
• You still review designs and use AI coding tools yourself.
• Comfortable with daily overlap with Pacific time. Big bonus
• You work, or have worked, in fintech, wealth management, brokerage or trading.
• You invest your own money and have used Wealthfront, Betterment, Robinhood or similar, and wanted more control than they give you. Pay ₹90L
- ₹1.4Cr / yr base, plus equity. Hybrid, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
