What you'll do
• Fix our fatigued Meta account and rebalance spend across ad sets
• Build Google Ads from scratch for local search intent
• Own conversion tracking on both platforms
• Send a short weekly report: spend, cost per lead, one recommendation Must-haves
• 2+ years running lead-gen on both Meta and Google Ads
• Can show results lowering cost per qualified lead
• Sets up conversion tracking yourself Engagement and compensationFreelance monthly retainer, ₹15,000–₹25,000 depending on experience. Remote, with a weekly check-in.
