Role Description The Safety Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jehanabad, responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe working setting across the facility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and occupational regulations. The role involves developing and delivering safety training, maintaining safety documentation, and supporting incident and accident investigations. The Safety Officer will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and management teams to implement preventive measures, improve safety procedures, and support emergency preparedness.



This role also includes coordinating with external agencies when required and reinforcing a strong safety culture among all staff. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices, with the ability to apply regulations and standards to industrial environments.
• Proficiency in Accident Investigation, including root-cause analysis, incident reporting, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Experience in Safety Training, with the capability to design and deliver training sessions, safety briefings, and toolbox talks.
• Basic understanding of Security protocols as they relate to workplace safety and access control.
• Relevant certification or diploma in occupational health and safety, industrial safety, or a related field; NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent credentials are an advantage.
• Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial settings, preferably with exposure to mechanical or sealing processes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence safe behaviors at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in office, conduct field inspections, and respond promptly to safety concerns and emergencies.
