About the Role
We are looking for fresh graduates and MBA freshers interested in starting their careers in Talent Acquisition. This internship provides practical experience in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding, with guidance from senior HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic screenings, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Support hiring across multiple functions, especially Sales. Requirements
• Fresh graduate or MBA fresher from any discipline (HR preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with a personal laptop under the BYOD policy.
