Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales Lead who can build corporate relationships, connect with key decision-makers, and secure desk permissions across Delhi NCR for NCMC (National Common Mobility Card) sales and distribution. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Institutional Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Experience in approaching corporate clients and interacting with senior decision-makers.
• Ability to secure corporate tie-ups, permissions, and business opportunities.
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue.
• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR corporate markets and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach corporate offices, companies,



and business establishments across Delhi NCR for potential tie-ups.
• Connect and build relationships with key decision-makers, including Admin Heads, HR Heads, and Corporate Facility Managers.
• Secure desk permissions and on-site promotional or sales spaces for the Business Development team to sell NCMC cards.
• Generate corporate leads, schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the BD team to ensure smooth execution of corporate sales activities and NCMC card distribution.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and other assigned business development KPIs.
• Maintain a database of corporate leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and confirmed tie-ups. Preferred

Experience:
Candidates with experience in corporate tie-ups, employee engagement activities, on-site sales campaigns, fintech, banking, payment solutions, or card distribution will be preferred. Perks Salary
