Our mission is to make discovering, booking, and paying for personalized fitness coaching seamless, secure, and trustworthy. We're looking for a driven, hands-on Supply Sales Manager to join our founding team and help us build a high-quality network of fitness coaches across Gurugram and NCR. ?

What You'll Do
• Identify and acquire certified fitness coaches across categories such as strength training, weight loss, yoga, Pilates, sports, and rehabilitation.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through field visits, calls, WhatsApp outreach, fitness communities, certification academies, and industry events.
• Pitch Briidgit's value proposition, negotiate commercial terms, and drive coach onboarding against monthly targets.
• Coordinate coach verification, profile creation, and onboarding to ensure quality and readiness.




• Drive early coach activation and help newly onboarded coaches secure their first booking within 30 days.
• Track pipeline performance, conversions, onboarding, and activation while sharing market insights with the team. ? What We're Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in field sales, partner acquisition, channel sales, or business development.
• Experience selling to independent professionals, small businesses, or channel partners.
• Exposure to fitness, sports, wellness, healthcare, consumer services, marketplaces, or gym/studio chains will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and execution skills.
• A target-oriented mindset and willingness to work in the field across Gurugram and NCR.
