About the Role
You'll join a growing engineering team and work closely with engineering teams in the US and Mexico to build, deliver, and maintain reliable, scalable software. This is a fully hands-on individual contributor role for a senior engineer with strong backend expertise in .
NET and solid, demonstrated experience building modern frontend applications. While backend engineering will be the primary focus, you should be comfortable working independently across the stack, including React/frontend development, whenever required.

What you'll do
• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using .
NET
• Develop and maintain up-to-date frontend applications using React
• Work across the full stack, taking ownership of features from backend services through frontend implementation
• Design and implement APIs, services, integrations, and other backend components
• Build responsive and maintainable frontend experiences using modern frontend technologies
• Work on authentication, authorization, and SSO integrations where required
• Make sound technical decisions around architecture, implementation, performance, and scalability
• Break down complex technical problems and drive solutions through implementation and delivery
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams in the US, Mexico, and India
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and engineering issues
• Take ownership of features and deliver high-quality software with minimal supervision What we're looking for
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong, hands-on experience with .




NET / C# and backend engineering
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development
• Ability to independently contribute to both backend and frontend development
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and scalable backend applications
• Experience building and integrating authentication and authorization systems
• Experience with SSO integrations such as SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect is highly preferred
• Experience working with databases, third-party integrations, and production-grade applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with cloud platforms is preferred Good to have

• Experience working with AI/ML-powered products or integrations
