Role Overview As an EPM Architect specializing in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), you will lead the solution design and development of enterprise financial close and consolidation solutions. You will partner with functional consultants, technical experts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable EPM architecture and to anchor proof-of-concept development for recent initiatives. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in FCCS, HFM, financial consolidation, reporting, and related integrations, along with strong knowledge of income statement, balance sheet, consolidation methods, and financial statement disclosures. You will assess existing architecture, guide platform integration, and deliver complex features that support business needs across the finance organization. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of EPM experience, strong communication skills,



and readiness to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities
•
· Lead solution architecture and application design for Oracle FCCS and related financial consolidation solutions.
•
· Own end-to-end solution delivery for FCCS application design and architecture activities.
•
· Translate business requirements into scalable and supportable EPM Cloud solution designs.
•
· Design and develop complex FCCS features, business rules, reports, and integration components.
•
· Assess existing architecture and recommend improvements to current consolidation solutions.
•
· Define scope, estimate effort, and support proof-of-concept development for new initiatives.
•
· Collaborate effectively with technical experts, functional teams, and business stakeholders.
•
· Support integration with third-party services and adjacent enterprise systems.
•
· Apply finance domain knowledge across income statement, balance sheet, consolidation methods, and disclosures.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:




12+ years of EPM experience, including strong application development background on Oracle EPM Cloud.

Skills:
Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
•
· Oracle Products: Sound knowledge of Oracle FCCS and HFM, with good knowledge of consolidation processes.

· Domain Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of finance/accounting, general ledger, and sub-ledgers.

· Technical

Skills:
Sound knowledge of financial reports and Smart View reports; full end-to-end implementation experience is required.

· Experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM Product Suite beyond FCCS.
