Role Description The Sales Executive – Courier and Logistics role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sadar. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting the company’s courier and logistics services across air, sea, transportation, and warehousing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The Sales Executive will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution,



maintain accurate sales records and reports, and provide timely follow-up and support to clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. Qualifications
• Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills in courier and logistics services.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and presentations.
• Ability to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software for reporting and tracking.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to work in office in Sadar and conduct regular client visits in the region.
