- INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES | AAROHANA FOUNDATION Aarohana Foundation is inviting applications from enthusiastic and committed individuals interested in working with a youth-led organisation focused on community development and social impact. We are looking for interns across the following departments
- 1. Project Management
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Support event planning, registrations, logistics, and on-ground execution.
• Monitor project timelines, participation, and progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve project implementation.
• Contribute to fundraising initiatives and resource mobilisation. 2. Human Resources
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and volunteer engagement.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain member records, attendance, and internal documentation.
• Support team engagement, accountability, and conflict resolution.




• Assist in organising team-building activities and strengthening organisational culture. 3. Fundaraising and Sponership
• Assist in planning and implementing fundraising campaigns.
• Identify and reach out to potential sponsors, donors, and partners.
• Develop sponsorship proposals, pitches, and outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with supporters and contributors.
• Coordinate online and offline fundraising initiatives.
• Track funds raised and support transparent utilisation.
• Explore creative approaches to generate sustainable funding for projects. 4. Social Media and Content Creation
• Create and manage content across social media platforms.
• Design posts, reels, and creatives for campaigns and events.
• Plan content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules.
• Capture photographs and videos during events and field activities.
• Manage audience engagement and interactions.
• Contribute to increasing the organisation’s reach, visibility, and follower base.
• Coordinate with other departments to communicate projects and initiatives effectively. Who Can Apply?
