Role Description The Owner at Artystry is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for leading the studio’s overall vision, strategy, and operations. This role involves overseeing design projects from concept to completion, guiding architectural and interior teams, and ensuring alignment with the firm’s design standards. The Owner manages client relationships, prepares and reviews proposals, and participates in key design reviews and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising project schedules and budgets, mentoring team members, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality project delivery. The role also includes business development activities, such as identifying new opportunities, strengthening the brand presence, and supporting long-term growth. Qualifications
• Proven experience in architecture, urban design, or related design disciplines, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams,



manage studio operations, and make informed design and business decisions.
• Strong client management, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the practice professionally.
• Competence in design and documentation tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software, visualization tools) and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including experience handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode and collaborating closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Interior Design, or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
• Experience in business development, studio administration, or practice ownership is highly beneficial.
