Since then, nearly all the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.
S. service offerings have obtained support services through the USI Tax teams. USI Tax offers you opportunities to learn and support U.

Deloitte Tax is leading its clients through the tax transformation taking place in the marketplace, offering a broad range of fully integrated tax services by combining technology and technical tax resources to comply with reporting requirements, uncover insights and deploy smarter approaches for navigating an increasingly complex global environment. The Team The Irish tax team in USI prepares and reviews corporate tax returns for various type of companies in Ireland. We are a team of professionals with varying experience and skills in tax technical, the team is involved in training, onboarding, work allocations, process improvement/documentation etc. Responsibilities
•
• Oversee and manage the preparation and review of simple to medium complex group entities/standalone tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
• Collaborate with team and onshore to gather information necessary for tax returns.
• Train new recruits, supervise and provide guidance.
• Establish/ensure the optimal team structure, processes and procedures to achieve objectives in delivery of projects.
• Manage people including recruitment, training, workload,



coaching and development.
• Manage team in day-to-day responsibilities, issue escalations as well as career development and performance feedback processes.
• Ensure timely and qualitative production of deliverables to our clients and will therefore play a pivotal role in the organization and development of our practice.
• Proficiency in interpersonal communication.
• Strong personal competencies, including organizational behavior, business acumen, analytical skills.
• Ability to share Knowledge and experiences to bring in value to the team.
• Adaptability to innovative technology and tools.
• Open to learning new skills. Qualifications Required:
• Full-time Bachelors/master’s degree in finance or equivalent from reputed University
• 4 + years of relevant Irish tax experience / non-Irish experience in corporate tax
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven competency to lead successful teams in a hybrid work environment
• Experience with change management Work
