Job Description
Plan export container requirements as per the production plan from all manufacturing plants, on a weekly and monthly basis, across all Business Units (EU/US/ROW)
• Track daily export container dispatch and share daily container planning with plants (e.g., ~350 containers/month for the Ambernath plant)
• Plan export order delivery based on sales orders and stock availability
• Coordinate daily with Plant Logistics and FGS (Finished Goods Store) teams to ensure container dispatch execution
• Conduct weekly coordination with the Export Sales team and Country Managers for order review and monthly dispatch target setting
• Monitor non/slow-moving export inventory and coordinate with manufacturing and sales teams on liquidation plans




• Plan dispatches on a FIFO (First-In-First-Out) basis
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects, including increasing container loadability, reducing IB (inbound) order ageing, reducing non/slow-moving inventory, and digital SCM initiatives to reduce manual intervention
• Coordinate weekly with plant teams on production planning inputs
• Participate in the yearly budgeting exercise and Long Term Demand Plan / Long Term Supply Plan (LTDP/LTSP) Competencies Audit Management Essentials of Supply (Material and Equipment) Strategic Demand Supply Management Supply Chain Management
