Pre-Concept & Project Planning Concept & Schematic Design Design Development Tender & GFC Documentation Site Execution & Snagging Candidate Profile
• Experience on mid-to-large-scale Residential and/or Commercial projects.
• Valuable understanding of Architectural Design, Construction Documentation and Site Execution.
• Ability to understand Architectural, Structural and MEP Drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
