- 3-5years Role Overview: We are looking for a HR qualified with a strong blend of HR Operations and HR Analytics. The role requires hands-on experience in HR reporting, MIS, dashboard creation, data management, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee movements, and exits.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Create and manage dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Ensure HR data accuracy through validation, auditing, and data governance.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and business stakeholders for reporting and HR requirements.
