- Bengaluru Looking for a strong BMC Remedy ITSM / BMC Helix technical professional with hands-on development and implementation experience. Must Have: Strong BMC Remedy ITSM / BMC Helix development experience Hands-on BMC Helix implementation and customization Strong B2B integration implementation experience Good hands-on experience with SOAP/WSDL Web Services Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations Good experience building PWA views and PWA workflows Hands-on BMC Remedy/Helix upgrade experience Good understanding of ITSM workflows and application architecture Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good customer-facing and customer-handling experience Ability to independently analyze requirements and propose technical solutions Preferred:
Experience with enterprise-scale BMC Helix implementations, ESB/middleware integrations, ITSM migrations, and complex multi-system integrations. ͏ Deliver No. Performance Parameter Measure1.
